Public drinking is not allowed. This includes alcoholic beverages on the beach. However, Coconuts located at Castle in the Sand is a beach bar and they are allowed to serve you on the beach
October 1st until May 1st dogs are welcome on the beach and boardwalk, but they must be leashed
No one allowed on the beach or in the ocean between 12am-5am
No fires or cooking on the beach
During the summer months there are designated surfing areas
The Boardwalk is a smoke free zone
Bikes are allowed on the Boardwalk during the summer months (May 15-Labor Day) from 8am-11am
Skateboards are only permitted in designated areas. They are not allowed on the boardwalk.
